Correct comment list name for SAML TC

The SAML TC send a comment page at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/comments/index.php?wg_abbrev=security identifies the comment mailing list as security-comment@. However, this is an old TC was set up with a different email list name: security-services. So the comment list is at security-services-comment@

The list name on the page is probably generated automatically. Need to see if Jesse can handle this. Otherwise, probably need to create a security-comment@ mailing list for the TC.
