Abstract: The AMQP Addressing specification further defines the “AMQP
network” concept introduced in the main AMQP specification as a federation
of
AMQP containers whose nodes communicate with each other either directly or
via
intermediaries. This specification also defines the semantics of the
“address” archetype that was left undefined in the main AMQP
specification,
and the syntax for the AMQP URI scheme and a matching restriction of the AMQP
“address-string” type.
