Notes:
STIX v2.1 ended its 60-day public review with comments. The TC exercised its
option to produce a revised CS with non-material changes to address the
results
and send the resulting CS to the members in the call for consent.

This will be CS03. The approval date will be 21 May 2021. The URL to the
approved working draft is in the ballot.
