The specification has five parts. A zip file "promcode-spec.zip" that has all the five files can be access at the directory "https://tools.oasis-open.org/version-control/browse/wsvn/oslc-promcode/shape/trunk/?rev=417&sc=1#shape_trunk".
There is a document "usecase.html" under the same directory. This document is not a part of the specification, but is very useful in understanding the specification. TC has voted to approve the document to be made open. Do we need to make another request to your office for that?
