Communications will come from Claudia, cc me, sent to each individual EV. Instructions on ballot is, if you are one of the EVs listed on <call to vote link>, please reply all and indicate your choices by putting an 'X' next to up to 11 of the candidates

Call to vote will explain how to vote and provide dates, list the candidates and present their statements, list eligible voters

[ X ] Wednesday 10/13 A.M. - send the ballot and call to vote to Baseline mailing lists at noon and cc candidates, eligible voters, and any others from John's broad communications. Send links to messages in Slack General channel. Send links to John/Sonal ahead of Baseline show - (Claudia)
