Motion and link to approval package: I move that the TC approve WD10 of Specification for Transfer of OpenC2 Messages via MQTT, Version 1.0 and all associated artifacts packaged together in https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=69173&wg_abbrev=openc2 as a Committee Specification Draft and designate the Markdown version of the specification as authoritative. I further move to approve the Chair requesting that TC Administration hold a Special Majority Ballot to approve Specification for Transfer of OpenC2 Messages via MQTT, Version 1.0, contained in WD10 (location referenced above) as a Committee Specification.
