  Docbook resources for OASIS editors.
Purpose statement:
  To facilitate a new file structure for docbook resources, I'd like to split the current repository into two, by adding "docbook-resources", so we will have one repository for the versioned resources (stylesheets, etc.) and one repository for the versioned documentation.
