Checklist - launching a membership call for consent for OASIS Standard

Follow these steps to set up and track a ballot on a Candidate OASIS Standard. S

[ x ] Confirm or instruct TC to send a 'no comment' email or comment resolution log to the TC mailing list. Load to CS directory.

[ x ]Click on Update Voters (http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/admin/util/update_voters.php)

[ x ] Set up the ballot using the call for consent template. Ballot remains open for 14 days.

[ x ] Draft and send announcement for the call for consent using the announcement template. Post the call to the OASIS website, email to voting@, tc-announce@, members@, and the TC. Post to any relevant social media sites like the OASIS LinkedIn page.
