Convert CSAF v2.0 into .docx format

      Paul, please produce a .docx version of the CSAF v2.0 OASIS Standard to be used in the TC's ISO submission. I'm thinking we could store the submission package in the /v2.0/ directory in a directory called something like /iso-submission/. What do you think?
