The ballot to approve OSLC Tracked Resource Set Version 3.0 as a candidate for OASIS Standard closed on April 27th and passed. This ticket tracks the tasks to set up the 60-day public review. We can announce both this and Configuration management in one message but we'll track the progress separately.
