Notes:
Virtio 1.3 includes new features in several existing device types, including net, blk, and crypto, as well as new features and clarifications in the common infrastructure, addressing comments by more than 40 individuals from more than 15 organizations.
As usual, the specification is fully compatible with the previous version Virtio 1.2 CS01.
