I am adding this to the queue now. The CSD ballot closes on October 17th. Once it closes we will do the official motion for this to be moved to a CS. The one listed in this ticket is for the CSD. We did an informal motion on the call today and it was unanimous. So once again, I am just getting this into the queue.

The CSD 05 ballot passed and we did another 15-day public review. The last day of that review we got one comment in from JHAPL. We discussed this comment during the TC working call yesterday and decided to make the non-material changes. The main request was to add some additional examples. That changes has been made and is part of WD06. We have responded to his email on the public comment list and explained the resolution. We did not do a spreadsheet since there was only a single comment. In addition to the examples, we added one parenthetical clause in section 3.1 to clarify one statement. All of these are listed in the changes at the end of the document.
