There is a 1-1 mapping of the TC abbreviations (used in Kavi and the OASIS Library directories) to the CommunityKey hexadecimal string used in HigherLogic.

Each TC has a specific "CommunityKey"

For example, the AMQP TC has this key: CommunityKey=969c2da1-55c4-4bba-92d2-018dc7d3efe9. This string appears in the URI of all of the resources or web pages for the AMQP TC.

Many parts of the publication process used with Kavi used the old URIs based on the TC abbreviation, and those URIs need to be translated to point to the items within the HigherLogic system.

We need a translation table, to simplify construction of new announcements and instructions around public reviews, etc.
