          Please note we clarified for basic requirements / ordering

          See TOSCA-188 where we added the following prose to Requirements grammar

          A.4.19.4 Additional Requirements
          • Requirements are intentionally expressed as a sequenced list of TOSCA Requirement definitions which SHOULD be resolved (processed) in sequence order by TOSCA Orchestrators.
          o Note: TOSCA Orchestrators, having a full view of the complete application template and its resultant dependency graph of nodes and relationships, MAY prioritize how they instantiate the nodes and relationships for the application (perhaps in parallel where possible) to achieve the greatest efficiency.
