      Adding the proposed artifact type with the following elements:
      workingDir
      workingUser
      command
      workingEnv
      artifactUsed (I do not like this but we can come up with a better name)

      Description

      At the moment artifacts are just files but we need to instruct orchestrator to do also execs like executing commands that is not only managinf files.
      Commands could not just be executing shell scripts

      Use case:
      1) I want to execute a "puppet apply"; of course I could have a shell script to do that but is more prone to errors and delegate stuff outside the orchestrator in case of problems it become more complicated to get feedback and we want people that write TOSCA not to write too many things so adding a exec feature (much like common DevOps tools) is helpful (in the end the orchestrator is a sort of DevOps tool).
      2) I want to execute docker run
