D.3 Non-normative Node Types lack property descriptions

The following non-normative node types defined in section D.3 of the v1.0 Simple Profile in YAML each have a "Properties" table which have not been filled out. This would be nice to have, but not critical since text for the section clearly states these are for examples and use cases only.
