Substitution mappings need to allow for mapping inputs/outputs to/from props/attrs

Section 2.10.3 (and elsewhere); substitution mappings were introduced.

However (C. Lauers indicates):
'No discussion of mapping properties in a node type to inputs in a topology template
No discussion of mapping attributes in a node type to outputs in a topology template'
