The below approach tentatively approved by the TC on 10/25:

a. Vendor Perspective
• Render components as Node Types and Relationship Types
• Lifecycle operations  Primer will describe (non-normative) lifecycle operations that "most" node types and relationship types may support
• Additional operations (e.g. DatabaseBackup, DatabaseRestore)
• Build hierarchies
b. Green Field Perspective
• In case no types exist the above must be done by an organization itself that wants to specify a cloud application
c. Modular Design of Service Templates
• Usage of namespaces
• Usage of import
