      a. Modeling of upper layer only, i.e. SugarCRM Node Template connects to SugarCRM DB content
      b. Using abstract Node Types
      • Web Tier and Database Tier as abstract Node Types
      c. Substitution of abstract Node Types by Service Templates
      • Explain that Service Template may be an "implementation" of a Node Type
