Propose to allow import and/or reference of any TOSCA element and subsequent override of arbitrary parameters, very much like CSS does. Also, specify that later definitions override previous ones.

      Description

Consider generalizing units of reuse. Right now, reusable elements are all "Types", e.g. NodeTypes, RelationshipTypes, etc. However, there are a number of relevant use cases where it would make sense to allow e.g. the reuse of Templates or even other elements.

TOSCA-59 appears to be a special case of such a general reuse.
