      The graphic should better indicate that the relationship template is optional between requirements and capabilities for a Node Template. Perhaps using a dotted line would help to make this more obvious?

      From section 3.4 on Requirement and Capabilities. Figure 2 seems to imply that the relationship template is mandated for requirement and capability matching between node templates and caused several of us to have a discussion on that. However, on line 261 it states that this is optional. On line 266 it states that option 2 is for a node template's requirements and capabilities to be matched at instantiation rather than via the relationship template.
