OASIS staff has noted one very minor issue. Apparently, in section 2.6, there is an incorrect word used, In the 3/28 TC meeting (see minutes), the TC made a motion instructing the editors to change in Section 2.6 the phrase "namespace name ste is omitted" to "namespace name tosca is omitted". It furthermore instructed to the editors to make additional non-material changes within the spec that would correct this typo.

Editors are asked to create a new WD redline and clean version.
