The CA needs to be able to assess the classification of the EO, the CA will be able to provide one or several CPV codes for the procurement procedure in the ESPDRequest.

Rationale: The CA could access the pre-qualification system and verify that that EO is classified for the CPV codes that apply to the procurement procedure.

Possible Solutions:

1) Associate the UBL-2.2 "ContractingActivity", qualified and with multiple cardinality, into the ProcurementProject (therefore, the ProcurementProjectLot would also carry it inside its associated ProcurementProjectLot).
