      The more I practice the new model the less comfortable i feel with the solution provided in the QualificationApplicationResponse.

      In the Response document, the ESPD business requirements specify that both (1) the lots into which the PP is divided and (2) the lots to which the EO tenders need to be in the "self-contained" ESPD Response document.

      How could we solve this? Doesn't a similar situation occur in UBL. ever?
