Remove cac:EvidenceIssuingParty from cac:Evidence

      The presence of the IssuerParty inside the Evidence component is redundant and inconsistency-prone, as the component DocumentReference inside the Evidence does ALSO aggregate a cac:IssuerParty. We should use the cac:DocumentReference/cac:IssuerParty component.
