This code list, as derived from UN/ECE Recommandation 20[1], contains all codes that has ever been part of the code list.

The last description published back in 2009[2] describes the different statuses (page 7). Codes marked with "X" is deleted and is not expected to be used in a given instance of the code list.

The current code lists provided by UBL contains all code lists with statuses, but experience show people are not reflecting upon the code status when using our lists.

I suggest removing deleted code for version 2.2 as those codes are not valid codes.
