In QualificationApplicationResponse we have a "TendererRoleCode" and in the cac:EconomicOperatorPartywe have a cac:EconomicOperatorRole component, too.

I think that the origin of this duplicity is because at the beginning of the modelling of the ESPDResponse we tried not to have a new 'EconomicOperator' component but to reuse cac:Party. So we needed the role somewhere in the document. But later the decision of defining the cac:EconomicOperatorParty was made and we possibly forgot eliminating the cbc:TendererRoleCode from the root of the document.
