Reported: Missing WithholdingTax item in CreditNodeLine

      "I notice that the Invoice and CreditNote objects both have WithholdingTax
      entries, but while the InvoiceLine object has a WithholdingTax entry, the
      CreditNoteLine object does not. Logically it should have.

      It would seem that the DebitNoteLine is also missing the WithholdingTax
      entry."
