        I think this situation is handled simply in the notes. There is but one address for a given party, not a multiple of addresses that have differing qualified use dates.

        In a paper invoice there would be one address at the top and a change of address would be found in the notes.

        This comes from the comment list and I have no skin in on the issue.

        Agreed to not incorporate this change in UBL 2.3 or later (unless new arguments are given)
