During the Fremantle face-to-face there was discussion around DocumentStatus and DocumentStatusRequest and it was thought that the current definitions are insufficient. In fact, when asking about a document's status, one is asking about the collaboration or process associated with that document since the document being pointed to is, itself, immutable or at least with a particular set of contents at a given time.

The following is proposed as revised definitions:

DocumentStatus
From: "A document used to provide information about document status"
To: "A document used to provide information about the status of a collaboration/process associated with a document."

DocumentStatusRequest
From: "A document used to request the status of another document."
To: "A document used to request the status of a collaboration/process associated with a document."

As the discussions implied the upcoming active use of this UBL document, the change is proposed to be made for UBL CSPRD03 being prepared soon for voting. Please not objections ASAP.
