Adding document type code to OrderChange and OrderResponse

      Description

      The Order contains "cbc:OrderTypeCode", however Order Change and Order Response does not contain the ability to provide additional information in the form of a document type code.

          Once the order is established to be of a particular type, is it in scope for the change and response to be able to change the type of order and not just its details? Perhaps for the Order Change, but I'm unclear about changing the type in Order Response.

          Erlend Klakegg Bergheim [X] could you specify what "document type code" you would like to add? or would it be what Ken Holman suggests to change the orderType in an OrderResponse/OrderChange document?
