      Add the following elements to Document Distribution:

      Distribution ID - an identifier for this distibution, relevant for electronic exchange and running numbers on paper

      Communication. A ABIE that specifies how the document is distributed.

      CopyIndicator -Specifies whether the distribution is a copy
