You could use the cbc:PaymentDueDate under the cac:PaymentTerms .. but maybe bring this in line with the other billing documents where there is a seperate cbc:DueDate element make sense

What I like about using cbc:PaymentDueDate under cac:PaymentTerms is that the reminder might be about a set of due dates that are coming up based on previously negotiated payment terms. The reminder might be about three due dates and not just one due date.

I propose we make no changes.

I agree with Ken Holman to keep this as us currently.

Erlend Klakegg Bergheim [X] do you have any arguments that we should make this change, or can you use the "cbc:PaymentDueDate under the cac:PaymentTerms" as mentioned above?

I'm going to use Invoice as a replacement for Reminder in my project. I guess Invoice will be sufficient, even though I still think we should allow cbc:DueDate in the same manner as the Invoice for those users out there using Reminder as a payable reminder and not just a reminder notification.

A reminder has legal impact. In Denmark you can send the send the invoice to incasso after 3 reminders and there are rules for how much you can charge for each reminders. It is not the same as an invoice
