Support for simplified invoice

I order to support digital receipts, we need a simplified Invoice where AccountingCustomerParty is optional. There are two possibilities:

1) Make  AccountingCustomerParty (and potential also other element) optional

2) Make a new documentType Receipt or Simplified Invoice
