For a given project, it is necessary to specify whether access for  people with disabilities is included, not included (because not foreseen for human beings), not included (for other reason to be specified).

This should support the EU policy on implementation of the "UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD)", With a UN background, its interest expands beyond EU.

Would there already be a specific way to mark such project scope requirements? There could be also other kind of requirements and the ProcurementProject "Description" may not be sufficient to distinguish them all.
