References to instance document rules in UBL section 4

      The note in 4.1 says that the instance document rules appear in the NDR, but only IND1-6 appear and only in the obsolete UBL 2.0 NDR. IND1-9 (minus IND4 which has been removed) need to be added to the NDR.

      In addition, "IND7" in section 4.6 should be "IND9".
