Need for two extra document types for information diffusion on (1) grouping formation/liquidation (2) Company / Cooperative society Registration/Deletion/Transfer

      I have received recently draft forms regarding the 2 types of documents. I do not know which SubCommittee should be involved. Hereafter I have summarized the expected information. I may prepare the 2 models.

      Grouping information:

      • Object: Formation / Completed liquidation
      • Grouping name
      • Registration number, place & Date
      • Reference to official gazette
      • additional info & dispatch date

      Company / Cooperative society:

      • Object: Registration, deletion, transfer
      • Organization information (address, activity)
      • registration number, place & date
      • reference to official gazette
      • additional info & dispatch date
