Need for two extra document types for information diffusion on (1) grouping formation/liquidation (2) Company / Cooperative society Registration/Deletion/Transfer

      Description

      I have received recently draft forms regarding the 2 types of documents. I do not know which SubCommittee should be involved. Hereafter I have summarized the expected information. I may prepare the 2 models.

      Grouping information:

      • Object: Formation / Completed liquidation
      • Grouping name
      • Registration number, place & Date
      • Reference to official gazette
      • additional info & dispatch date

      Company / Cooperative society:

      • Object: Registration, deletion, transfer
      • Organization information (address, activity)
      • registration number, place & date
      • reference to official gazette
      • additional info & dispatch date

          To provide further details:

          • a Grouping is similar to a Consortium,
          • Registration / Deletion refer to the "registration" and "deletion" at a Registration Authority (which may be organization dependant),
          • Transfer is the physical transfer of a registered Organization from one place to another,
          • Registration, Deletion and Transfer related information is first published in a local gazette.

          This information, available at national level, should also be published at EU level and operation is generaly performed by a notary.

          The use case we have to deal with may be somewhat specific, however the use of such a message is broader (To fight against fraud and money laundring, nowadays, organizations have to know their customers; this includes verification of provided Identifiers like VAT ... these message may be answers to a request )

          As not part of the upcoming directive, this document could be added to a later version, however I will need it soon; consistency & alignment with other documents also has to be ensured.
