      addition to PreAward documents of an optional repeatable ASBIE LotsGroup in LotDistribution.

      New LotsGroup ABIE composed of:

      • mandatory BBIE cbc:ID (to mark the Group ID), and
      • repeatable ASBIE ProcurementProjectLotReference (to refer to the lots part of the group of lots).
