Have further Security Clearance information in Tendering Terms

Currently, Tendering Terms only refer the latest date for a security clearance and no further dedicated element exist while their are different predefined levels and schemes. Also no dedicated Description for further clearance details.
It is therefor expected to have:

• SecurityClearanceDescription
