There is nothing in the latest TSC submission calle PortCallRecod, there is a PortCall and a Port Facility Call Recod, but no PortCallRecord.

Is there a merge error? This class should be remaned to Port Facility Call Record.

However the port call Special additional measure is in eFreight represented as a text, but is not allways a decimal value, it can also be a text value or a date. Therefore the Item Property type is selected. We need to ask Rui for the semantic.

Peter Borresen [X] there is a PortCallRecord in UBL 2.3 CSD03. We had a discussion about this back in July (you should be able to find it in your inbox) and decided to change the name of PortFacilityCallRecord to PortCallRecord as is used elsewhere in the library.

In that discussion we also discussed the SpecialMeasureItemProperty and about renaming it to simply "MeasureItemProperty" (since there is nothing special in it). We also talked about its use and came to the hypothesis that it was a mistake to make it an Item Property at all, and that it should really have been a Text type. We finally agreed to take it out of CSD03, and this ticket was opened to track the work on establishing its nature.
