Update the definition to "A text describing the how and why the case has been disposabled for this health incident."

For future consideration, might this be an English language issue and a more appropriate name could be "Case Description Disposition"?

It might not be because the definition of "disposal" is very different than "disposition", but this is what comes to mind for me.

I agree that, "Incident resolution" and "Given Treatment" carries the same semantic for a Personnal Health Incident. Suggested to remove the Disposable of Health if that still exists.
