      Description

In Transportation status request there is no transportation status. How can you then tell what you want status on? Scenario. A truck driver is approaching a terminal and wants to have a status of what port he should drive to. Is this scenario out of scope for transportation status request?

Peter Borresen [X] The "Transportation Status Request" is a message that the "consignee" can request what the "Status" is of a particular shipment. So its a request to see where physically the shipment is, or in what status (moving, sitting, delivered, delayed) etc the shipment is.

So its more like getting the "Track and Trace" details of a shipment.

your example is not the intended use of the "Transportation Status Request"
