Item Location Quantity must consider price variation per delivery period

In case of service catalogue, the time when the service is requested and the duration of the requested service may affect the price structure.

For now the price structure only accounts for quantity variations assuming that only products should be supported.

As item can be either product or service, service price variations should also be supported
