Circularity and ESG information elements

As we look to adding elements for product carbon footprint and emissions to support the contemporary ESG requirements for UBL 2.4 it would be good to consider ESG holistically for UBL 2.5. This would entail reviewing the scope of all supply chain and trade processes and consequently the entire UBL document model. Incorporating ESG data as part of the regular creation and sharing of supply chain documentation could reduce the burden of ESG data collection, reporting and aid in the governance of supply chain operations.
