Change sequence order for two elements at root of the new document type Business Information

      To align with other Document types and simplify the processing (XML generation), the two following elements:

      • cbc:Note, and
      • cbc:BriefDescription,

      should be moved respectively:

      • after cbc:IssueTime and before cbc:VersionID,
      • after cbc:PreviousVersionID and before cbc:RequestedPublicationDate
