Standardize use of ApplicationResponse, DocumentStatus, EnquiryResponse, DocumentStatusRequest, and Enquiry

At our January 16 TC meeting we identified that the ApplicationResponse, DocumentStatus, and EnquiryResponse document types are interchangeable, and that the same goes for DocumentStatusRequest and Enquiry.

Is anyone aware of any actual use of Enquiry and EnquiryResponse? One possible option could be to sharpen up the definitions of ApplicationResponse and DocumentStatus, and deprecate the use of Enquiry and EnquiryStatus.
