Add a new "End User Party" or "End User Customer Party" ASBIE to relevant document types, such Invoice, Credit Note, Order, and Purchase Receipt.

Example: If a citizen/patient needs medical goods and/or services, the hospital may become the Buyer, the ordering doctor is the Originator Party, and the citizen/patient is the End User Customer Party. They need to receive information about the order.
