We've identified that some of the supplementary components (i.e., the XML attributes listed here: https://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/cs01-UBL-2.4/UBL-2.4.html#T-UBL-UNQUALIFIED-DATA-TYPES) may be redundant and/or their use not sufficiently standardized, which causes interoperability issues.

The TC has established a deprecation policy that specified when and how to deprecate these components: https://groups.oasis-open.org/higherlogic/ws/public/download/71497/UBL%20Deprecation%20Policy%201.0.pdf

It's necessary to identify if some supplementary components need to be deprecated, and, if that's the case, which to deprecate.
