Deprecate FreightInvoice

Discussed at the Feb 12 TC call if the FreightInvoice can be deprecated. The current definition states that it is an invoice type used when invoicing logistics services, and it contains no elements that can't be found in the Invoice as well. So may be redundant and the Invoice can be used instead
